Alison Garraway is Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over twenty years of experience providing counseling services to individuals, groups, and families. Alison has facilitated substance use treatment groups for twelve years. Alison began her career working with children in foster care. Many of the families she served had been affected by a substance use disorder. Helping to connect families to services to address their challenges and work towards reunification lead Alison to pursue her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology. Alison is committed to creating supportive, nonjudgmental environments that empower clients to build healthier coping skills and make informed decisions. Her clinical experience includes providing cognitive behavioral therapy to court involved clients, clients struggling with substance use disorders, and quality of life issues.
